4. HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS – MANUFACTURE – REPAIR – OVERHAUL

   We repair all types of cylinders from 25mm dia through to 1000mm plus dia. We can re-barrel and re-rod any cylinder, precision hone your barrel if need be, or even re-chrome your piston rod. All this in the most cost effective manner.

   We offer a collection and drop off service along with a fast turnaround time.

5. COVID-19 UPDATE

   To: All customers and suppliers.

   The New Zealand Government has now moved the country to Alert Level 3, which allows selected businesses to return to work where it is safe to do so under Level 3 restrictions.

   Through Level 4 of the shut down we were able to supply ESSENTIAL Service Business with the support they required, to continue to provide the necessities to their operations.

   As of Tuesday, the 28th April, we are open for business to all customers.

   Our team will return to work in accordance with the safe working requirements, as set out in the Level 3 conditions to work.

   Our team are able to support YOUR business with the products and support we have supplied our loyal customers over the past many years.

   We will continue to manufacture, service, design, build and install any requirements you may have under the Level 3 restrictions.

   Please be aware that we do expect some delays in freight delivery times within New Zealand initially while freight forwarders manage to sort through stockpiled deliveries that have accrued over the last 5 weeks.

   International freight is operational, although networks are seeing lower capacity to carry, due to the diminished volume in international airline traffic, and lockdown conditions globally. Again, longer lead times may result.

   We have restricted areas, allocated to, parts you may be delivering or collecting. They are clearly marked and will make this process contactless.

   Similarly, if we are required to work on your site, we have processes that allow contactless operation, along with detailed contact tracing. We will work within your parameters also. Health and safety of your staff and ours is of utmost importance.

   We will be closed from 12.00pm Friday 22^nd December 2017. We will be open over Christmas/New Year the following days:

   Wednesday 27^th to Friday 29^th December

   Wednesday 3^rd to Friday  5^th January.

   Normal hours will resume from Monday 8^th January.

10. AVOID COSTLY MACHINE DOWNTIME

    Dirty oil causes in excess of 75% of Hydraulic system failures and its cost can be staggering. A hydraulic oil maintenance programme results in an early warning preventing those costly machine repairs and down time.

    The only way to know the condition of the oil is through fluid analysis to ensure that the fluid conforms to manufactures specifications, verifies the composition of the fluid and determines its overall contamination level.
